Austin Robert Butler (born August 17, 1991) is an American actor and singer best known for his role as James Garrett on the Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101.
Career
Before he played James Garrett in Zoey 101, Austin previously guest starred in the show, as a character named Danifer. Austin Butler now stars as Jordan Gallagher in Ruby & The Rockits on ABC Family. He also made guest appearances in one episode of iCarly, Hannah Montana, and Wizards of Waverly Place.

Personal Life
Austin was born in Anaheim, USA to Lori and David Butler, and was raised in California. His older sister, Ashley, got to do some background acting with him in "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide".
