Chasing Zoey

PCA Confidential (also known as Clip Show) is the 14th episode in Season 4 and the 64th overall episode in the Nickelodeon TV series, Zoey 101. The episode aired on December 14, 2007 in Canada and May 2nd, 2008 in the United States.

Plot

Zoey, Chase, and Stacey take a walk down memory lane when prospective new students question them about their experiences attending PCA. Stacey becomes upset when no one asks her any questions. Questions for Zoey and Chase include queries about dating, science and technology, dress codes, among many other things.

Trivia

  • Zoey and Chase are the only main characters to appear in this episode, although the rest of the main characters are shown in flashbacks.
  • This episode was originally planned to be a season 3 episode, but Nickelodeon aired it as the series finale in the United States. However, in some countries, it still premiered as part of season 3.
  • Because this aired after Chasing Zoey in the U.S., a new edit of the episode was created where Chase and Zoey respond to the question about them being a couple differently. Clips from Chasing Zoey were also added.
  • This is the only episode of Zoey 101 in which Michael does not make an actual appearance, although he makes appearances in flashbacks.
  • Nicole Bristow and Dana Cruz appear in flashbacks from seasons 1 and 2.
  • This episode is similar to "iBloop" from iCarly, "Blooptorious" from Victorious, BlooperEpisode from Sam & Cat, and "Dr. Phyllis Show" from Drake & Josh, episodes of other Dan Schneider-created shows in which the focus of the episode is flashbacks of previous episodes of the series.

Goofs

  • When Chase is thinking back to mentions of his bushy hair, it includes a clip from Dance Contest, when Michael said, "...crazy Jewish afro," but Chase was asleep when Michael said that in the actual episode.
